The Foundation is dedicated to perpetuating the legacy of the Medal of Honor and supporting the objectives, programs, and activities of the Congressional Medal of Honor Society and Medal of Honor Recipients. They aim to promote American values and the qualities of courage, sacrifice, and patriotism through increased awareness, education, ethical behavior, and example.
The Congressional Medal of Honor Foundation supports the Congressional Medal of Honor Society with a broad range of initiatives such as the Medal of Honor Character Development Program, scholarship programs, exhibits and multimedia projects aimed at increasing awareness of the Medal of Honor and what it represents.
